Mission Statement
This corporation is organized and shall be operated as a nonprofit corporation solely and exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, and specifically to provide funds to assist the elderly with repair required to maintain the habitability of their residence; assist in the prevention of juvenile delinquency by helping provide upkeep for recreational facilities and equipment for use by the town's juvenile population, combat community deterioration through increased awareness by townspeople and visitors of the desirability and viability of the community, and preserve the heritage of the mining community. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or the character of the affairs to be conducted by the corporation in the future, the corporation initially shall conduct the following business: Organize, promote and present the event known as the Boomtown Spree.
